Start by filling out a short form to share the details of your celebration and the pieces you’re interested in.
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive an initial quote and proposed timeline, with the option to book a 15-minute introductory call with Emily.
No need to know the ins and outs of wedding stationery - you’ll be guided through everything to find the pieces that best suit your day.
Enquire
To reserve your place in the diary, a signed contract and an initial payment of one third of the quote are required.
Next comes a design questionnaire and the chance to share inspiration - your Pinterest board, venue, colour palette or anything that captures your wedding’s style.
This helps in understanding the aesthetic direction and create designs that feel perfectly aligned with your day.
Define
With a clear brief now in hand, Emily creates a bespoke visual proposal with 2-3 concepts for you to choose from - think sketches, moodboards, colour palettes and illustrative ideas.
This is your chance to give as much feedback to guide your suite before painting begins.
Develop
Designs approved, now it’s time to illustrate, digitise and perfect the overall layouts, along with the typography for your chosen wording.
You’ll have access to a client portal to keep everything together for easy access and approvals.
Illustrate
Emily oversees printing, assembly & even addressing if you’d like. All you need to do is wait to receive your invitations in the post so you can send to your guests, and wait for them to RSVP with excitement for the the celebrations ahead.
For your on-the-day items, collaboration will continue in the run up to your wedding day.

Sharing a rough budget from the start is really helpful. It means Emily can guide you towards the right paper stocks, printing methods and extra touches that make the most impact.
A smaller budget doesn’t mean less impact than a higher budget, but knowing the range to play in means being able to advise where to add little luxuries, or simplify certain elements, so you get the best possible balance of design and value.

Pricing is split into two parts: the design fee and the production fee. This allows you to clearly see where your investment is being spent, while giving complete flexibility around ever-changing guest numbers, swapping paper stocks, or adding luxurious finishing touches if there’s still room in your budget.
Because every piece is entirely bespoke, pricing can vary depending on the level of illustration required. As a guide, minimum design fees are listed below:
Save-the-Dates – from £400
Invitation Suite – from £650
On-the-Day – from £550
Once you’ve submitted an enquiry, your requirements and quantities will help shape an initial estimate. Then, after your first consultation, you’ll receive an updated proposal so you know exactly what to expect.

Every piece of Pud & Ink stationery begins as a hand-painted watercolour rather than a digital template. Each illustration is created from scratch, and because of this, every design requires a bespoke quote based on its complexity and the time it takes to paint and prepare for print.
