the process
Share your contact details here, along with a short outline of your idea for your map.
Enquire
When we kick off your project, we’ll work together to make sure I have everything I need to get started and sketch an initial design.
Plan
Once you’re happy with the plan, I’ll hand-paint the map and its landmarks and symbols. Then, it’s time to digitise and refine until everything feels just right.
Create
pricing
Each map is quoted individually, but this guide gives you an idea of where prices begin. Start with the core design fee, then add any extra details or features your map needs.
Please note that commercial projects may include a small licensing fee or a credit request.

£150 - The standard base price for every project. This covers the planning, design, digitisation and typography each project requires.

Then, thinking about the purpose your map will serve, add on your chosen style:
Simplified map - £100-£150
Perfect for keepsakes or stationery where a looser, more illustrative feel works best and exact accuracy isn’t essential.Detailed map - £200+
For when scale and positioning matter - such as maps used for directions or where roads, paths and landmarks need to be true to life. -
These optional extra details bring your map to life, and help orient your map reader. These could be buildings, landmarks, or tiny symbols.
£150 - up to three illustrations
£300 - up to six illustrations
