The Process

  • Let's begin

    Initially, you’ll fill out a short form, with the opportunity to share the important details of your celebrations, as well as any inspiration or reference images.

    I’ll respond to you within 48 hours.

  • Share your vision

    From here, we’ll consult together (either by call or emails) to ensure that I really understand your vision and that I am the person to help you get there.

    Don’t worry if you don’t know the first thing, I’m your guide, ready to show you the pieces that make sense to your celebration.

    It’s after this conversation you’ll receive an estimate for the pieces you are interested in.

  • The creative blueprint

    Once you’ve paid your deposit, it’s my turn to go away and create a visual proposal - think sketches, moodboards, colour palettes and illustrative ideas. I love helping with wording too, either the traditional or the playful!

    This is your chance to give me as much feedback to guide your suite before I begin painting.

  • Putting brush to paper

    Designs approved, now it’s time to illustrate, digitise and perfect the overall layouts, along with the typography.

    You’ll have access to a Google Drive hub to keep everything together for easy access and approvals. I allow up to two rounds of reasonable revisions within your quoted price.

  • The finishing touches

    I oversee printing, assembly & even addressing if you’d like. All you need to do is wait for your guest to RSVP with excitement for the the celebrations ahead.

    For your on-the-day items, we’ll continue collaborating on designs in the run up to your wedding day.

  • Not very much at all - just the basics of your wedding (the date, location, vibe) and any ideas you already love. You don’t need a fully-formed vision, as that’s what I’ll help you with.

    A few photos, Pinterest saves, or even a sentence about how you want the day to feel is enough for me to begin shaping ideas. A great question to ask yourself is, ‘how do I want my guests to feel when they look at my wedding stationery’?

  • The sweet spot is around 6–9 months before your wedding (or a little over a year if you’re sending save-the-dates or hosting an overseas wedding) so we have plenty of time for dreaming, designing, and printing without any rush.

    If you’re on a shorter timeline, don’t worry - I can usually adapt, but the earlier you enquire, the more creative freedom (and peace of mind) we’ll have.

  • I would love to give you a neat price list, but because every piece I create is hand-painted and made just for you, the investment varies depending on the items you choose, the paper and printing methods, and the level of detail we include.

    I have a minimum fee of £500 for an invitation suite, and couples opting for a full service of before and on the day pieces could typically invest anywhere from £1,500-£3,000.

  • Yes! While many couples come to me for a full suite, I can also create single standout pieces - whether that’s just your illustrated invitation, a map for your guests, or a venue portrait.

  • Templates can be beautiful, but bespoke stationery is an entirely different experience. It’s not just about looking pretty - it’s about capturing your story in every detail.
