Shop returns 

As most of our products are either made to order, or personalised creations, we do not accept returns. We hope you love your piece, but if you are disappointed, please do contact us.

Shop cancellations & amendments

Please review your delivery address and any other details (e.g. spelling of customisable names, dates etc.) once you receive your confirmation email. Should you require any changes before your piece has shipped, please email us as soon as possible as there may still be time to make an amendment.

Once your piece has created and shipped, unfortunately we cannot make any changes, nor do we offer cancellations/refunds at this point.

Shop damage & issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so that we can help.
